I had a decent stay at Grand Hotel Baku Central Park. The location was fantastic, being just a short walk from the city center and nearby parks. The staff, particularly Elnur and Alexandra, were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I found that the housekeeping could use some improvement, and the breakfast offerings were just fine, not extraordinary.
